Now that The Sin Tax Bill is now a law, everyone is hoarding their cigars, tobacco and cigarettes. Everyone suddenly became so aware of cigar care! It’s crazy.

O well. I’m not really affected with the tobacco provisions of the law. What I’m afraid of is its provisions on alcohol and spirited products. I mean, I’m an avid drinker. I drink when I’m stressed. I drink when I’m bored. I drink when I’m happy. I drink when I’m sad. Charles Baudelaire would’ve been so proud.

O well. I guess the law has its reasonable purpose. We just have to deal with it.
